America PAC — a pro-Elon Musk political action committee that has raised millions of dollars. It is paying $100 to Wisconsin voters who agree to sign a petition denouncing “activist judges.” Voters will be incentivized, receiving $100 for each additional voter they recruit to sign the petition. This effort is especially interesting given the upcoming Wisconsin Supreme Court election on April 1, which has national implications.

America PAC, a group supporting Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, announced the petition on X. This effort mirrors a similar proposal made by the group last year in battleground states, where they offered $1 million per day to voters signing a petition supporting the First and Second Amendments.

America PAC has now spent more than $13 million to help the Republican candidate Brad Schimel win. Of all the candidates, Schimel—who has been campaigning with Donald Trump Jr.—is viewed as the Republicans’ best hope.

Very important to vote Republican for the Wisconsin Supreme Court to prevent voting fraud.

* Elon Musk

Donald Trump Jr. has even called electing Schimel critical to protecting Trump’s agenda. Building America's Future aims to "present Schimel as a pro-Trump conservative."

Judges should interpret laws as written, not rewrite them to fit their personal or political agendas.

* The new petition

A judge last month let a similar America PAC effort continue through the Election Day. Looking Ahead The current petition is already making waves, complaining that it would unduly influence voters in the next presidential election.

Given that the election could flip the court’s ideological balance, the Wisconsin Supreme Court election is arguably the most important of the year. Depending on the result, the case may have far-reaching implications for future decisions on important matters in the Hoosier State.
